Cancellation Policy: Refundable deposit if canceled within 2 weeks of the scheduled
event or both parties agree on a new date.
Details & How it Works:
1) Book your party a minimum of 1 week in advance for hand delivery and 2 weeks for shipping.
2) After we receive your deposit along with the completed booking form, you will receive a Zoom link for the day and time of your party
3) The remaining balance will be sent to you electronically once we confirm the final headcount and all crafts are ready to be delivered. We ask for a final headcount no later than 1 week prior to the party for hand-delivery and 2 weeks prior for shipping.
4) The remaining balance can be paid by check or cash for hand deliveries and via credit card for shipping orders. Out of the tri-state area, shipping fees may apply.
5) On the day of your party we will get on Zoom with everyone for 1 hour and lead the craft step-by-step then play a fun game
and sing happy birthday!
