We Bring the Craft Party to You!

Bring your guests together and celebrate with a PaperTrails Craft Party! Our Craft Table concept was developed as a fun party add-on to help people break the ice, feel connected, and have a great time together. Have us there to lead the party or choose to have our setup/cleanup-only option with an arranged pick-up time. Our craft tables are great for birthday parties, milestone celebrations, corporate events, fundraisers, bachelorette parties and so much more. Great entertainment for ages 5-105!

Services

Craft Tables with Party Leaders

  • 1.5 hours of crafting entertainment 

  • 2 fun party leaders 

  • 1-2 craft stations for your theme

  • Collaborative Banner for the guest of honor

  • Blue tooth speaker with microphone 

  • Arrival 45 minutes before to set up

  • Coordinating style of table covers, runners,

       and table display

  • All materials and clean up of all crafts

Craft Tables Setup/Cleanup Only​

  • ​1-2 crafts per guest

  • Arrival 45 minutes before your party to set up

  • Coordinating style of table covers, runners, table setup, and all craft materials

  • Clean up of all crafts after 1.5 hours or arranged pickup time.

Optional Additions/Replacements: 

Collaborative Scrapbook Instead of Banner: $200.00

Additional Time: $50.00 per every 30 minutes

Additional Party Leaders: $50.00

Craft Station: Starting at $200 up to 10 chilidren,

$15 each addtional

FAQs & ADDITIONAL FEES

What do I need to provide? 

  • Tables and chairs: We recommend you have 3-4 six-foot tables.  We can provide up to 2 of them for $20/table

  • If your party is outside or in extreme heat, a tent or rain date is required

Where can I have my party? 

  • A clear space inside or outside

  • Private residences, rental halls, and restaurants are some popular locations

How do you accept payment? 

We take a 50% deposit through Venmo to hold the date. We ask for a final headcount 1 week prior and collect the balance via cash or check at the start of the party

 

How far in advance should I book?

 â€‹Two weeks in advance or more

Additional fees:

  • Extra Party Leader: $50.00

       For headcounts exceeding 15 children or children under 5 years old who may need more supervision

  • Travel & Parking Fees Apply for Bergen & Hudson counties, NYC or if you are outside a 20-mile radius of Pompton Lakes or West Orange NJ

  • Additional craft stations: Starting at $100 (please inquire) 

  • Party Decor: Custom banners, balloons, and backdrops can be created/rented upon request. Pricing varies, please inquire.
